Located in Cloverdale, Indiana, Stardust Hills is an established subdivision of manufactured, modular, and site-built homes. Our growing community offers a variety of amenities to all residents including a neighborhood clubhouse, in-ground pool, playground, fishing ponds, and over 52 acres of common ground area for use. The Stardust Hills Owners Association is responsible for maintaining and improving all of our common areas as well as planning yearly community events for our residents to enjoy.
Our streets, water, and sewer are all maintained by the Town of Cloverdale, keeping our community family-friendly, clean, and safe.

Stardust Hills’ clubhouse is available for rent to both residents and non-residents. Our clubhouse is perfect for birthdays, reunions, dinner parties, and more, and we invite you to plan your next event here!
6-hour rental fees for residents is $100, (nonresident is $200) with a refundable $100 Security/Cleaning deposit, as well as a $25 nonrefundable post-inspection fee at the time of the initial rental request. In addition, there is an extra $1 per guest that uses our clubhouse pool. Pool use is not included in the Clubhouse rental.
For those looking to rent the clubhouse, simply submit the rental agreement to office during business hours with your requested dates along with your deposit. Once the agreement is completed and rental fees paid, your dates will be locked in, and you will be able to receive the keys.
